VISA & Invitation Letter

Participants who need Invitation Letter (IL/OIL) for obtaining visa, for entry and stay in the Czech Republic, will check it in their registration form and pay the conference fee not later than October 26, 2016.
Invitation letter (IL) is issued by the organizer. If IL is not sufficient and a participant needs Official Invitation Letter issued by local Alien Police Department, the price for issuing is 25 EUR. Organizer reserves the right to decide if the IL/OIL is issued or not.

Attention:
A valid medical insurance is a must.
IL/OIL is not possible to issue for countries: Nigeria, Congo, Ghana (or other countries - depends on current local regulations and policy).

The accommodation will be booked by organizer and ordered & paid by participants in conference registration system. During the conference, the accommodation is possible to book only through organizer TANGER Ltd. who also provides special rates.

Reservations of accommodation unpaid to October 26, 2016, will be canceled.

Social evening

Social evening is held on Nov 9, 2016 at 8:00 p.m. at the restaurant "Na Spilce", which is situated in the area of the Pilsner Urquell Brewery (opposite the hotel).

What Can I See

Pilsen has strategic location on the highway D5 between Prague (D5, 80km), München (D5, A 93, 280km) and Nürnberg (D5, A6, 180km). It offers a lot of possibilities for your leisure time like visit the Pilsner Urquell Brewery and Museum, Historical underground and has a good starting position for trips to Prague, Karlsbad, Marienbad and Šumava National Park.
